This prestigious international event – celebrating its 20th anniversary and back in-person after several years online – is taking place in Oxford between 12-14 April 2023, with roles starting, and training taking place, prior to the event dates.
If you’re confident and reliable with great interpersonal skills, then you could be the perfect fit for the Stewarding Team at the Skoll World Forum!
There are lots of hours to be picked up, and lots of different roles available, so it’s a fantastic opportunity to gain experience, earn money, and be a part of a wonderful, dynamic event! You can find more information about it below.

From the SWF Stewarding Team:
The Skoll World Forum will take place w/c 10 April. We are looking to recruit over 100 stewards to work that week. In addition we require a number of stewards to work the week before (w/c 3 April).
There are lots of different roles which will be assigned once we have finished recruiting. Roles include:
- Welcoming delegates, speakers, VIP guests and the media to the Forum
- Staffing the registration desk
- Ushering
- Answering enquiries
- Assisting with setting up of session rooms
- Assisting with event logistics and delegate IT support
- Runners for the Skoll World Forum Production Team, event photographers and media team
The main venue is the Saïd Business School in Oxford – but we will also have events taking place across central Oxford, for example at The New Theatre, and at various college dining halls.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience, and the Forum itself is a very exciting event to be a part of.
The rate of pay is the National Living Wage for your age category. There are lots of hours available!
